Let me take you on the journey through weighing to presentation of my pineapple upside down cake. It was absolutely delicious and between 4 of us we ate it in 1 day! It is really easy to make, I made it in about half an hour. It is an old classic and it reminds me of school dinners in my primary school!
You simply add brown sugar and butter to glaze the pineapples. It is so tasty when you do this!
Et Voila! Turn it over and you have an amazing desert! This is one of my favourite puddings as the sponge is thin but dense and the pineapple is coated in a sweet sugar glaze – together it is perfect!
